An established software company in the B2B environment is seeking an entrepreneurially thinking person, who takes responsibility and develops the organization strategically and operationally. The company has a long-standing market position, an international customer base, and offers a lot of design freedom through its lean organization. We are looking for a managing director who thinks strategically and works operationally, creates clear structures, and shapes the next development phase together with the team.

The location is in Northern Bavaria | Greater Nuremberg area with regular presence on site.

This role is aimed at personalities who want to take responsibility and have fun shaping a company actively.
