You will take over the entrepreneurial overall responsibility for a significant business unit.

The focus is on profitable growth, sustainable strengthening of market position, and future-oriented development of organization, sales, and processes.

You combine technological understanding with clear entrepreneurial focus and bring customer orientation, innovation, and operational excellence into harmony.

Strategie & Markt

• Development and implementation of a profitable growth strategy
• Exploration of new market potential, business fields, and application areas
• Sharpening of positioning in the competitive environment of industrial automation

Vertrieb & Kunden

• Bau up existing customer relationships and win new key accounts
• Further development of sales structures, partner networks, and go-to-market approaches
• Accompaniment of strategically relevant customer projects and negotiations

Ergebnis & Operations

• Steering of the unit based on clear economic key figures
• Result responsibility for revenue, profitability, and sustainable development
• Optimization of structures and processes along the value chain

Qualifikation

• Completed technical or economic studies, ideally with a technical reference (e.g. electrical engineering)
• Demonstrable experience in a management or business unit leadership position with full result responsibility in a technology-driven B2B environment
• Fundamental market knowledge of industrial automation – e.g. control systems, drive technology, motion technology, factory automation, performance electronics, or industrial software
• Experience in leading within matrix or group structures – assertiveness without exclusive linear approach
• Affinity for sales and demonstrable track record in B2B growth
• Strategic strength paired with operational implementation proximity, decision-making willingness, and pragmatism
• Sovereign stakeholder management vis-à-vis internal central functions and external partners
