Development and implementation of a profitable growth strategy

Exploration of new market potential, business fields, and application areas

Sharpening the positioning in the competitive environment of industrial automation

Vertrieb & Kunden

Bulking up existing customer relationships as well as winning new key accounts

Further development of sales structures, partner networks, and go-to-market approaches

Accompaniment of strategically relevant customer projects and negotiations

Steering the unit based on clear economic key figures

Result responsibility for revenue, profitability, and sustainable development

Qualifikation

Demonstrable experience in leading a business unit or department with full result responsibility in a technology-driven B2B environment

Fundamental market knowledge of industrial automation – e.g. control systems, drive technology, motion technology, factory automation, high-performance electronics, or industrial software

Experience in leadership within matrix or group structures – assertiveness without exclusive line-level involvement

Absorptive sales affinity and demonstrable track record in B2B growth

Strategic strength paired with operational implementation proximity, decision-making willingness, and pragmatism

Sovereign stakeholder management vis-à-vis internal central functions and external partners
