In the context of the CEO succession, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded leadership personality for the position of Geschäftsführer (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

In this role, you will take overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the company or a significant business unit.

You will drive profitable growth, strengthen market positioning sustainably, and develop organization, sales, and processes forward-looking.

By combining technological understanding with clear entrepreneurial focus, you will create alignment between customer orientation, innovation, and operational excellence.

• Development and implementation of a profitable growth strategy
• Exploration of new market potential, business fields, and application areas
• Sharpening of positioning in the competitive environment of industrial automation

• Broadening existing customer relationships and winning new key accounts
• Further development of sales structures, partner networks, and go-to-market approaches

Qualifikation

• Completed technical or economic studies, ideally with a technical reference (e.g. electrical engineering)
• Demonstrable experience in CEO or business unit leadership with full result responsibility in a technology-driven B2B environment
• Fundamental market knowledge of industrial automation – e.g. control systems, drive technology, motion technology, factory automation, power electronics.
• Experience in leading within matrix or group structures – assertiveness without exclusive line-level approach
