Tasks

• Operative management with responsibility for the commercial, technical, and organizational daily business
• Strategic development of the company in collaboration with the supervisory board
• Leadership, motivation, and development of the employee team
• Implementation of future projects as part of the planned modernization and development process

• Leadership experience
• Ability to motivate a team and create a positive working environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees, guests, and partners.
• Financial knowledge to monitor budgets and ensure profitability.
• Passion for mountain tourism and the engagement to offer our guests unforgettable experiences.
