Job description

We are currently looking for a Managing Director or Procurator for the operational development and leadership of our mid-sized property management company in the Frankfurt area.

We understand ourselves as a clearly structured, regionally anchored, and modern property management company with long-term oriented growth in the Rhine-Main region.

Tasks

Operative leadership of a property management company with more than 20 employees, with a perspective on growth through planned takeovers
Steering of daily business, employee leadership, and continuous process optimization
Responsibility for economic performance and customer satisfaction

Qualification

At least 5 years of professional experience in property management
Completed certified property manager (§26a WEG)
Documented leadership competence and operational expertise
High willingness to engage and active co-shaping
