Qualification in 27 Days

In the hybrid ENERDOMO Academy (Königstein/Frankfurt & Online), career changers receive a structured onboarding and qualification program. Project managers, engineers, mechanical engineers, master craftsmen, and real estate agents will find a quick entry into all topics related to energy-efficient renovation.

ENERDOMO Renovation Sprint

One- and two-family houses are renovated energy-efficiently in 22 working days. A schedule controls the trades that work in parallel. Renovation sprint coordination involves construction supervision, construction schedule planning, and coordination of the trades.

Tasks

We help property owners (private and commercial) to apply for subsidies for energy-efficient renovations. For this purpose, we create a renovation roadmap (iSFP) and provide support for the construction measures.

Instead of replacing the work of architects, roofers, or heating engineers, we cooperate closely with them.

As a managing director and ENERDOMO partner, you will perform the following tasks:

• Establish your own local ENERDOMO presence, including a network of tradespeople and potential employees
• Advise customers on all issues related to building renovation and available subsidies
• Apply for subsidies with or for the customer
• On-site inspection of buildings to record building data
• Creation of individual renovation roadmaps (iSFP) in Hottgenroth
• Creation of additional services such as energy certificates or heating load calculations
• Writing quotes and invoices in Lexware Office

Qualification

A successful managing director in the field of energy consulting should possess the following qualifications:

• Interest in the energy sector: Knowledge of properties, products, and services, as well as the ability to familiarize yourself with this topic.
• Leadership experience: Experience in leading teams and developing business relationships.
• Entrepreneurial thinking: Ability to implement new ideas and business opportunities and to take responsibility for the successful operation of the location.
• Financial knowledge: Knowledge of budget planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure successful operation.
• Marketing and sales skills: Ability to develop and implement successful marketing and sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase revenue.
• Communication and presentation skills: Ability to communicate and present effectively with customers, employees, and business partners.

You will need:

• Technical understanding
• Demonstrable experience with technical systems

Additionally advantageous: A degree in a technical field of study or a higher vocational school. However, this is not a prerequisite at ENERDOMO. We will support you in passing the qualification examination for energy consultants.

Career Changers: Even if you are not a master craftsman, engineer, or architect, you can successfully pass the “Qualification Examination for Energy Consulting” with our help.
