In the hybrid ENERDOMO Academy (Königstein/Frankfurt & Online), career changers receive a structured onboarding and qualification program. Project managers, engineers, mechanical engineers, master craftsmen, and real estate agents will find a quick entry into all topics related to energy-efficient renovation with us.

ENERDOMO Renovation Sprint

One- and two-family houses are renovated for energy efficiency in 22 working days. A schedule controls the trades, which work in parallel. Renovation sprint coordination includes construction supervision, construction schedule planning, and coordination of trades.

Tasks

We help property owners (private and commercial) to apply for subsidies for energy-efficient renovations. To do this, we create a renovation roadmap (iSFP) and provide support with the construction measures.

Instead of replacing the work of architects, roofers, or heating engineers, we cooperate closely with them.

As a managing director and ENERDOMO partner, you will undertake the following tasks:

• Building your own local presence of ENERDOMO, including a network of tradespeople and potential employees
• Consulting clients on all questions regarding building renovation and available subsidies
• Applying for subsidies with or for the client
• On-site inspection of buildings to record building data
• Creation of individual renovation roadmaps (iSFP) in Hottgenroth
• Creation of additional services such as energy certificates or heating load calculations
• Writing offers and invoices in Lexware Office

Qualification

A successful managing director in the field of energy consulting should possess the following qualifications:

• Interest in the energy sector: Knowledge of properties, products, and services, as well as the ability to delve into this topic.
• Leadership experience: Experience in managing teams and developing business relationships.
• Entrepreneurial thinking: Ability to implement new ideas and business opportunities and to take responsibility for the successful operation of the location.
• Financial knowledge: Knowledge of budget planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure successful operation.
• Marketing and sales skills: Ability to develop and implement successful marketing and sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase revenue.
• Communication and presentation skills: Ability to communicate and present effectively with clients, employees, and business partners.

You will need:

• Technical understanding
• Demonstrable experience with technical systems

Additionally beneficial: A degree in a technical field of study or a higher vocational school. However, this is not a prerequisite at ENERDOMO. We will support you in obtaining the qualification for energy consultants.
