ENERDOMO Renovation Sprint

Single- and two-family houses are energetically renovated in 22 working days. A schedule controls the trades, which work in parallel. The renovation sprint coordination handles construction supervision, construction time planning, and coordination of the trades.

Tasks

We help property owners (private and commercial) to apply for subsidies for energy-efficient renovations. To do this, we create a renovation road map (iSFP) and provide support with the construction measures.

Instead of replacing the work of architects, roofers, or heating engineers, we cooperate closely with them.

As a managing director and ENERDOMO partner, you will take on the following tasks:

• Building your own local ENERDOMO presence, including a network of tradespeople and potential employees
• Advising customers on all questions regarding building renovation and available subsidies
• Applying for subsidies with or for the customer
• On-site inspection of buildings to collect building data
• Creation of individual renovation road maps (iSFP) in Hottgenroth
• Creation of additional services such as energy certificates or heating load calculations
• Writing offers and invoices in Lexware Office

Qualification

A successful managing director in the field of energy consulting should possess the following qualifications:

• Interest in the energy sector: Knowledge of properties, products, and services, as well as the ability to immerse yourself in this topic.
• Leadership experience: Experience in leading teams and developing business relationships.
• Entrepreneurial thinking: Ability to implement new ideas and business opportunities and take responsibility for the successful operation of the location.
• Financial knowledge: Knowledge of budget planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure successful operation.
• Marketing and sales knowledge: Ability to develop and implement successful marketing and sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase revenue.
• Communication and presentation skills: Ability to communicate and present effectively with customers, employees, and business partners.

You will need:

• Technical understanding
• Demonstrable experience with technical systems

Additionally advantageous: A degree in a technical field of study or a higher vocational school. However, this is not a prerequisite at ENERDOMO. We will support you in passing the qualification examination for energy consultants.
