Project managers, engineers, mechanical engineers, master craftsmen, and real estate agents can quickly get started with us on all topics related to energy-efficient renovation.

ENERDOMO Renovation Sprint

Single and two-family houses are renovated for energy efficiency in 22 working days. A schedule controls the trades, which work in parallel. The renovation sprint coordination involves site supervision, construction scheduling, and coordination of trades.

Responsibilities

We help property owners (private and commercial) to apply for subsidies for energy-efficient renovations. To do this, we create a renovation roadmap (iSFP) and provide support with the construction measures.

Instead of replacing the work of architects, roofers, or heating engineers, we cooperate closely with them.

As a managing director and ENERDOMO partner, you will take on the following tasks:

• Building your own local presence for ENERDOMO, including a network of tradespeople and potential employees
• Advising clients on all questions regarding building renovation and available subsidies
• Applying for subsidies with or for the client
• On-site inspections of buildings to collect building data
• Creating individual renovation roadmaps (iSFP) in Hottgenroth
• Creating additional services such as energy performance certificates or heating load calculations
• Writing quotes and invoices in Lexware Office

Qualifications

A successful managing director in the field of energy consulting should possess the following qualifications:

• Interest in the energy sector: Knowledge of properties, products, and services, as well as the ability to immerse oneself in this topic.
• Leadership experience: Experience in leading teams and developing business relationships.
• Entrepreneurial thinking: Ability to implement new ideas and business opportunities and to take responsibility for the successful operation of the location.
• Financial knowledge: Knowledge in budget planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure successful operation.
• Marketing and sales skills: Ability to develop and implement successful marketing and sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase revenue.
• Communication and presentation skills: Ability to communicate and present effectively with clients, employees, and business partners.

You will need:

• Technical understanding
• Demonstrable experience with technical systems

Additionally beneficial: A degree in a technical field of study or a higher vocational school. However, this is not a prerequisite at ENERDOMO. We will support you with the qualification exam for energy consultants.

Career Changers: Even if you are not a master craftsman, engineer, or architect, you can successfully pass the "Energy Consulting Qualification Exam" with our help.
