In the hybrid ENERDOMO Academy (Königstein/Frankfurt & Online), career changers receive a structured onboarding and qualification program. Project managers, engineers, mechanical engineers, master craftsmen, and real estate agents will find a quick entry into all topics related to energy-efficient renovation with us.

ENERDOMO Renovation Sprint

Single and two-family houses are energetically renovated in 22 working days. A schedule controls the trades, which work in parallel. The renovation sprint coordination includes construction supervision, construction scheduling, and coordination of trades.

Tasks

We help property owners (private and commercial) to apply for subsidies for energy-efficient renovations. To do this, we create a renovation roadmap (iSFP) and support with the construction measures.

Instead of replacing the work of architects, roofers, or heating engineers, we cooperate closely with them.

As Managing Director and ENERDOMO partner, you will take on the following tasks:

• Establish your own local ENERDOMO presence, including a network of tradespeople and potential employees
• Advise customers on all issues related to building renovation and available subsidies
• Apply for subsidies with or for the customer
• On-site inspections of buildings to record building data
• Create individual renovation roadmaps (iSFP) in Hottgenroth
• Create additional services such as energy certificates or heating load calculations
• Write offers and invoices in Lexware Office

Qualification

A successful Managing Director in the field of energy consulting should possess the following qualifications:

• Interest in the energy sector: Knowledge of real estate, products, and services, as well as the ability to familiarize yourself with this topic.
• Leadership experience: Experience in leading teams and developing business relationships.
• Entrepreneurial thinking: Ability to implement new ideas and business opportunities and to take responsibility for the successful operation of the location.
• Financial knowledge: Knowledge of budget planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure successful operation.
• Marketing and sales skills: Ability to develop and implement successful marketing and sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase revenue.
• Communication and presentation skills: Ability to communicate and present effectively with customers, employees, and business partners.

You will need:

• Technical understanding
• Proven experience with technical systems

Additionally advantageous: A degree in a technical course of study or a higher vocational school. However, this is not a requirement at ENERDOMO. We will support you with the qualification examination for energy consultants.

Career Changers: Even if you are not a master craftsman, engineer, or architect, you can successfully pass the "Energy Consulting Qualification Exam" with our help.
