Your Tasks

You will assume entrepreneurial responsibility for technical business and organizational units and actively drive the further development of the company.

The focus is on:

• Development of new products, applications, and business areas

• Opening up new markets, customers, and industries

• Transferring technological competencies into marketable solutions

• Further development of material, manufacturing, and process technologies

• Expansion of the technological competitive and leadership position
  
  We are looking for a manager who understands the technological interrelationships of demanding industrial manufacturing processes and at the same time approaches customers and business partners openly and persuasively. The personality sought comes from pipeline construction, plant engineering, or steel tank and apparatus construction – ideally from pipeline construction.

• The task combines technology, market, and business development. Existing technical competencies are to be transferred into new products, applications, and economically sustainable business areas.
  
  Your Profile:

We are looking for a technically savvy and, at the same time, contact-strong leader with entrepreneurial thinking and strong communication skills.

Ideally, you have experience in:

• Pipeline construction

• Plant engineering

• Steel tank and apparatus construction

Crucial are:

• Sound technological experience in one of the mentioned industrial environments

• Very good understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and industrial production processes

• Leadership experience with entrepreneurial responsibility

• Experience in business development, product development, or opening up new markets

• An extroverted, communicative, and sales-oriented personality

• The ability to connect technology, customer requirements, and economic opportunities

• International experience and strong implementation skills
