EterniTeam has the solution for Germany's biggest problem in entrepreneurship: the succession of companies. With a new, revolutionary approach, we ensure the succession of some of the approximately 1 million companies that will or must regulate their succession this year. We ensure that all parties involved benefit from the solution: the retiring and successor entrepreneurs:Innen and also the employees.

We are looking for talented leaders to take over the management and ownership of an established company with a revenue size between 2 and 10 million euros per year. We expect you to have no personal capital investment, but your talent and sustainable engagement instead.

We understand ourselves as a talent finder without prejudice. To find the ideal solution for the succession of our target companies, we use personality profiles and cultural matching. Who really fits which company will be decided on a case-by-case basis during the placement.

Therefore, we are looking for talented future CEOs:Innen who not only lead people but also take responsibility for results. Our own developed training program closes any gaps that may exist, and our support after the deployment supports individual tasks and through continuous exchange.

What are your responsibilities?

• Leading an established, profitable company with a revenue size between 1 million and 10 million euros per year, usually with 12 to 40 employees
• Creating and/or strengthening a corporate culture and momentum through engaged and empathetic leadership
• Fully responsible for the results of your company with a focus on GuV and cash flow
• Introducing necessary modernization with our support, e.g., by introducing improved systems and processes
• First point of contact for important customers and/or suppliers of the company, you build the important relationships and out
• Advocate for the company's involvement: we also give all your employees real shares in the company, which then grow every year in value - this makes it easier for you to start, and you ensure that the necessary motivational boost arrives in the team through transparent communication
• Closely working with our Operations Team, especially during the initial period of change
• Design freedom for growth and change of the company, where all employees are taken along on the journey

Qualification

• At least 5 years of proven leadership experience for at least 5 employees, at least 10 years of general professional experience
• You have a master's degree or equivalent registration title, then 3 years of leadership experience and 7 years of professional experience are sufficient
• Minimum conversational German skills
• Experiences in the field of company management or financial responsibility are a plus
• Industry experiences or state-recognized certificates are each a plus
• Willingness to sustainable engagement - taking on such a task is not a career step, the company will grow every year also through shares in your company, so it's a long-term commitment
