Who really fits which company is therefore decided on a case-by-case basis during the placements.

Therefore, we are looking for talented future managing directors:In who thrive in both leading people and taking responsibility for results. Our own developed training program closes any gaps, and our support after the deployment supports in individual tasks and through the constant exchange.

What are your tasks?

• Leading an established, sustainably profitable business with a turnover of between 1 million and 10 million euros, usually with 12 to 40 employees
• Creating and/or strengthening a corporate culture and a spirit of optimism in times of change through committed and empathetic leadership
• Full responsibility for the results of your company with a focus on P&L and cash flow
• Introduction of necessary modernization with our support, e.g. through the introduction of improved systems and processes
• First contact person:In for important customers and/or suppliers of the company, you build up and expand the important relationships
• Advocate:In for the company's participation: like you, we also give all your employees real shares in the company, which then grow in proportion and value every year - this makes it easier for you to get started, and you then ensure through transparent communication that the necessary boost in motivation arrives in the team
• Close cooperation with our Operations Team, especially in the initial period of change
• Freedom of design in the growth and change of the company, whereby all employees must be taken along

Qualification

• At least 5 years of proven management experience for at least 5 employees, at least 10 years of general professional experience
• You have a master craftsman or similar title, then 3 years of management experience and 7 years of professional experience are sufficient
• At least proficient German language skills
• Experience in the area of ​​corporate management or in business management responsibility is a plus
• Industry experience or state-recognized certificates are each a plus
• Willingness to sustainable commitment - taking on such a task is not a career step, the company becomes more and more every year, also through shares in your company, so it is a long-term commitment
• “Hands-on” mentality in dealing with tasks and overcoming apparent obstacles - you are in the cockpit of your company
• Your sense of responsibility - for your company, for your team and for yourself - is a role model for the people around you
• Your empathy, emotional intelligence and your self-confident and appreciative communication create trust in you and your work
