Chief Executive Officer (m/w/d)

Our client, Energie West Management- und Service GmbH, is a joint service company and technology platform of 21 Tyrolean municipal electricity companies. Energie West supports its shareholders in the secure supply of ¼ of the Tyrolean population with clean energy from today and tomorrow. To successfully develop the company further, we are looking for an integrated and committed personality as Chief Executive Officer (m/w/d) In this attractive role, you will be responsible for leading our team and driving the company's strategic development. Your main tasks will include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for Energie West • Leading and motivating the management team to achieve common goals • Building and maintaining relationships with shareholders, partners, and stakeholders • Ensuring the successful integration of new companies into the Energie West network • Overseeing the development and implementation of innovative energy solutions • Maintaining a high level of transparency and communication with all stakeholders • Fostering a positive company culture and promoting diversity and inclusion • Developing and implementing measures to ensure the long-term sustainability of the company • Representing Energie West in various forums and committees, both nationally and internationally. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders. • Overseeing the development and implementation of innovative energy solutions. • Maintaining a high level of transparency and communication with all stakeholders. • Fostering a positive company culture and promoting diversity and inclusion. • Developing and implementing measures to ensure the long-term sustainability of the company. Requirements: • University degree in business administration, economics or a related field • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the energy sector • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving strategic development • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required, English language skills are an advantage. • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
