This includes independently leading this business. This involves implementing a predetermined F&B offer, managing a 20-person team with scheduling and quality training, as well as preparing operational reports to the GL. You will be responsible for leading our new fast food concept and implementing our business strategy. This includes managing a team, planning and organizing events, as well as preparing reports to the GL.
