About the Role

From day one, you will have the management and overall operational responsibility for a property management company at the Munich location. The main focus will be on leading the local team, continuously optimizing operational processes, and actively participating in daily business. As an experienced manager, you will represent the company to customers and guarantee first-class management quality. Together with us, you will secure sustainable success and set new industry standards.

Your Tasks

• Management of a property management company and responsibility for the daily business of the Munich branch, including budget, cost, and P&L responsibility, as well as quality assurance.

• Confident leadership of owner meetings (ETVs) as well as professional support for advisory boards and owners.

• Technical and disciplinary leadership, management, and motivation of the existing local team, as well as responsibility for further staff expansion.

• Optimization of existing structures through the establishment of clear processes, digital workflows, and reliable responsibilities within the team.

• Operational implementation of central initiatives on-site, particularly in the areas of digitalization, process automation, and quality improvement.

You're a good fit if you

• Have several years of experience as a Managing Director or Authorized Signatory (Prokurist) of a property management company with a focus on WEG (condominium owners' association) management.

• Possess in-depth WEG expertise as well as deep knowledge of rental law and can confidently handle complex legal and commercial issues.

• Are confident in preparing and leading owner meetings (ETVs) and have experience in professionally interacting with advisory boards and owners.

• Combine strong commercial know-how (including P&L and budget responsibility) with a clear hands-on mentality and strong implementation skills.
