Managing Director (m/f/d): Wildschytz, Full Remote, 40h Week

As Germany's leading nature experience provider, Wildschytz has been creating special moments for over six years, from mushroom, herb, and bird walks to gold panning experiences and ice bathing, as well as corresponding further training and company events.

For the next step, we are looking for a full-time Managing Director, ideally with an e-commerce background, who will drive our scaling to €10 million in revenue.

Responsibilities

As Managing Director, you will lead our 12-person back-office team and over 300 guides, from market expansion and the organization of our events to the development of new business areas. We, as shareholders and founders, will be there to offer advice and support.

Our ambitious growth plan for further markets and the expansion of locations will lead you into new experiences and business areas between tourism, e-commerce, and the experience industry.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, who can proactively identify challenges independently, enjoys working in a structured and focused manner, and will continue to develop Wildschytz successfully.

• Hands-On Mentality: You get your hands dirty when necessary and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
• Current Tech Competence: You stay up-to-date: Shopify, Zapier, AI Agents, Google Workspace are not foreign words to you.
• Ideally E-Commerce Background: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Creatives, CACs, ROAS, and the like are familiar to you.
• Structured: You conscientiously prepare P&L, accounting, and reporting, and proactively communicate deviations.
• All-In: You are passionate about this company, above all else and exclusively. Side activities are not intended. In return, you are invested in our shared success.

• Salary package consisting of a base salary (up to €50k) and profit sharing (33%).
• Attractive profit sharing of 33% (with further company growth).
• Freedom to Implement: As Managing Director, you decide how you achieve the company's goals in implementation.
• Full-Remote: Generally full-remote, only during the onboarding period (6 months) will we meet once a week on Fridays for a joint workday in Heidelberg/Karlsruhe.
