We bring people together to experience nature. As a leading outdoor experience provider in Germany, Wildschytz has been creating special moments for over six years through mushroom-, herb- and bird-watching tours, gold panning experiences, ice bathing, and suitable further training and company events.

To take the next step, we are looking for an operations expert who will drive our growth to €10 million in revenue.

Aufgaben

As CEO (gn), you lead our 12-person backoffice team and over 300 guides from market expansion to event organization to expanding new business fields, with the founders and shareholders standing by your side with advice and support.

Our ambitious growth plan for further markets and locations leads you across Europe and into new experiences, business fields between tourism and experience industry.

Qualifikation

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who recognizes challenges early on, takes pleasure in being structured, focused on working a lot, and developing Wildschytz further successfully.

• Hands-On-Mentalität: You roll up your sleeves when needed and don't hesitate to get your hands dirty.
• Aktuelle Tech-Kompetenz: You stay on top of the latest technology: Shopify, Zapier, AI Agents, Google Workspace are no foreign words for you.
• Reisebereitschaft: During the six-month onboarding period (6 months), we meet once a week on Fridays for a joint workday in Heidelberg/Karlsruhe.
• Strukturiert: You prepare financial statements, accounting, and reporting with care and communicate deviations proactively.
• All-in: You are passionate about this company - especially others and exclusively - side activities are not planned. Instead, you invest in our shared success.

• Full-Remote: Generally full-remote, but during the onboarding period (6 months) we meet once a week on Fridays for a joint workday in Heidelberg/Karlsruhe. After that, only one monthly presence.
