Restaurant Manager (m/w) - Traditional Establishment Salzburg

For a renowned and established gastronomy company in Salzburg with around 60 employees, we are looking for an experienced and confident leadership figure, who takes over the operational area of gastronomy as a commercial manager (m/w). Your tasks: Overall responsibility for the operational gastronomy area as a commercial manager Leadership, motivation, and development of a team of around 60 people (kitchen and service) Responsibility for quality, customer satisfaction, and economic success in the gastronomy area. This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas: Concept development and implementation, menu planning, staff training, inventory management, and financial planning. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as maintaining a positive and professional image of the company. The ideal candidate should have a degree in hospitality management or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. German language skills are required, as well as a valid driver's license.
