To further develop our company, we are looking for an engaged and experienced leadership personality as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who combines operational excellence with strategic thinking.

Tasks

• Strategic and operative management of the company
• Development and implementation of growth strategies
• Responsibility for finances, sales, and operational processes
• Leadership and further development of teams and executives
• BUILDING and maintenance of long-term relationships with customers and partners
• Efficient process management and high-quality standards
• Support in expanding our network in the healthcare sector
• Analysis of market trends and identification of new business opportunities

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in corporate leadership or management
• Knowledge in finance, operations, and strategic planning
• Experience in sales and team leadership
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented work style

Important prerequisite (mandatory criterion):

• Documented experience in medical personnel services, particularly in the field of doctor and nurse staffing, is absolutely required.
• Applications without direct experience in this area cannot be considered.
• Experience with hospitals, medical facilities, and operational processes in personnel services will be assumed.
• Very good German and English skills
