Our client is an internationally successful, owner-managed family business and is one of the established providers of sophisticated communication solutions in Germany.

For a long-term succession perspective, we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking leader who will initially start as Technical Director and wants to develop into management in perspective.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the technical organization and its further development
  • Leadership and development of an experienced team
  • Shaping of structures, processes, and future technical topics
  • Close cooperation with management, customers, and partners
  • Gradual assumption of further entrepreneurial responsibility
  • Perspective of a later management position

Requirements:

  • Technical or scientific degree (e.g., engineering, computer science, or comparable qualifications)
  • Several years of professional experience in a management position in a technological environment, preferably in the medium-sized sector
  • Sound knowledge in the development and implementation of technical strategies and solutions
  • Experience in leading and developing interdisciplinary teams
  • KPI-driven management of complex projects as well as responsibility for planning, budget, and forecast processes
  • Business administration understanding and pronounced cost awareness
  • Experience in change management and the steering of change processes
  • Experience in multi-project management as well as in the coordination of external partners and service providers
  • In-depth understanding of current technological trends and regulatory frameworks
  • Fluent German and English language skills
