We are looking for an entrepreneurial Senior-Führungspersönlichkeit with proven experience in building, scaling or operational overall responsibility comparable to service provider models.

Sought is not a classical IT leadership or IT salesperson, but a personality with genuine build-up competence from the field of IT-Outsourcing-Anbieter/Managed-Service-Provider/BPO-Dienstleister/IT-Betriebsgesellschaften.

Aufgaben

• Bau and development of a new outsourcing and operating company
• Development of a financially viable business model in the field of IT-Outsourcing / Managed Services / BPO
• Taking over and transitioning business services, processes, and possibly personnel from customer organizations
• Responsibility for organization, operational performance, and service quality
• Bau high-performance teams and clear role-, steering- and operating structures
• Steering of customer relationships, contracts, risks, and economic performance
• Development of calculation-, pricing- and SLA-models
• Scaling the organization and further development of the business model

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of leadership experience in the context of IT-Outsourcing, Managed Services or BPO
• Proven experience in building, scaling or operational overall responsibility of a service provider's business
• Experience with takeovers, transitions, carve-outs or comparable transformation situations
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high implementation- and decision-making competence
• General management experience with responsibility for customers, organization, personnel, and profitability
• Experience in building teams and operating structures
• Safe understanding of contracts, risks, and economic steering of complex service businesses
• High credibility, seniority, and outstanding communication strength
• Hands-on mentality and joy in build-up and design situations
