We are looking for immediately to strengthen a

Group Sales Manager (m/w/d)

for our main office in Baesweiler

Tasks

• Total responsibility for the strategic and operational management of sales
• Development and implementation of sustainable sales strategies to increase revenue and margins
• BUILDING and maintenance of key accounts as well as strategic manufacturer partnerships
• Analysis of market trends and competitive activities in the IT distribution field
• Closely working with procurement, marketing, logistics, and management
• Steering and optimization of sales processes and KPIs
• Responsibility for budget planning, forecasts, and target achievement

Qualification

• Completed commercial training/study or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of leadership experience in sales, ideally in the IT distribution or wholesale industry
• Demonstrable successes in developing and implementing sales strategies
• High leadership competence as well as communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in dealing with manufacturers, resellers, and complex sales structures
• Very good English knowledge
