Group Risk Management Specialist (m/w/d) for Market Price and Liquidity Risk

You don't just want to monitor risks, but actively shape the bank-wide management of interest rate, market price, and liquidity risks? In this position, you will take on a challenging role with high relevance for overall bank management and contribute to central steering and decision-making processes.

Tasks

• You are responsible for further developing risk management with a focus on market price and liquidity risks.
• You develop the risk-bearing capacity calculation from an economic perspective and implement it.
• You support the development and implementation of the IRRBB strategy.
• You design hedging strategies and bring your expertise into interest rate book management.
• You model and define assumptions for managing the interest rate book and liquidity risk.
• You analyze interest rate and liquidity risks and evaluate their impact on the bank.
• You conduct scenario simulations and impact analyses.
• You contribute to planning future balance sheet structure under risk aspects.
• You are involved in budget and planning processes.
• You develop the in-house Funds Transfer Pricing further.

Qualification

• You have a completed degree in economics, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• You bring fundamental professional experience of at least 3 to 5 years in interest rate and liquidity risk management.
• You possess a high interest in financial and capital market topics as well as an outstanding analytical thinking ability.
• You are familiar with the requirements of the risk-bearing capacity calculation and want to actively develop it further.
• Knowledge of VR-Control, Ziabris or okular ZIRIS is advantageous.
• You work structured, quality-conscious and goal-oriented.
• You appreciate professional depth, responsibility and the opportunity to really move things.
