Tasks

Your tasks as a Specialist for Gerontopsychiatry (m/f/d) with us

As a Gerontopsychiatric Specialist (m/f/d), you will lovingly take care of the preparation and implementation of individual and group care for people in need of care in the nursing home. You are a support, an anchor, a helper, and a confidant – for the people entrusted to us and for our nursing assistants, trainees, and interns.

• Individual and activating social support for our residents
• Preparation and implementation of individual and group care with our residents
• Support in daily living
• Implementation of nursing documentation and planning
• Close contact with residents, relatives, and doctors
• Adherence to quality assurance measures
• Participation in the professional guidance and development of nursing assistants, trainees, and interns
