Job description
Geriatric caregiver or nursing assistant sought for a residential center. The main task consists of attending to residents in their basic daily needs, offering close and caring emotional support to ensure their well-being. Tasks include following the care plan established by nursing, assisting with hygiene and changes of position, serving meals and supervising feeding, administering indicated oral medication (excluding high-risk drugs), making beds, collecting laundry, and collaborating in the center's activities. Residents are also supported in their movements to therapies, and students on practical training are supervised. A temporary contract to cover vacations is offered, with a full-time schedule. Shifts can be rotating (from 7:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 22:00) or fixed. Training in auxiliary nursing care, dependency care, or sociosanitary care is required, and experience in the sector is valued.
