• Engage with German-speaking clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and excursions to create a personalized experience.
• Handle inquiries and resolve any issues that arise before, during, and after travel.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, regulations, and promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in travel agency or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for travel and helping others.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in booking processes.
