• Document customer interactions and technical problems thoroughly in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery and improve customer experiences.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills centered on customer service.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly valued.
