As a German Speaking Support Agent, you will be tasked with providing exceptional support to our German-speaking customers, ensuring their travel needs are met with utmost care and professionalism.

• Offer outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and scheduling changes.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries within our CRM system.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that customer needs and contractual obligations are met.
• Stay updated on airline policies, promotional offers, and travel regulations to provide correct information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally in the airline or travel sector.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Able to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and travel booking tools is advantageous.
