Develop strategic, data-driven online advertising campaigns, focusing on Google Ads. Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement improvements to maximize ROI. Provide expert recommendations on digital marketing best practices and campaign strategies. Proactively identify client needs and upselling opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to ensure client success. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Google Ads updates, and competitive landscapes. What you’ll bring: Native or near-native fluency in German and proficiency in English. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads. Strong understanding of online advertising platforms, metrics, and KPIs. Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
