Your role will center on strengthening adoption, maintaining long-term relationships, reducing churn, and identifying upsell opportunities. Your Day-to-Day As a trusted account manager, you’ll lead clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they get the most out of our platform. This includes setting up their accounts, providing training and support, and being the primary point of contact for any questions or concerns.
