Job description
Job Title: German-Speaking Legal Operations Analyst
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Industry: Video Content Moderation & Legal Support for a Major Streaming Platform
Relocation & Signing Bonuses:
- Relocation Bonus: 2,500 for candidates moving from outside Portugal (within the EU)
- 1,500 for candidates relocating 100 km+ within Portugal
- Signing Bonus available for selected projects
Are you fluent in German and interested in law and digital content? Join our team as a Legal Operations Analyst to ensure compliance with legal requirements and support a safe platform for millions of users.
Responsibilities- Handle legal requests related to fraud, copyright, privacy, and defamation
- Ensure compliance with policies and local laws
- Maintain documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Stay up-to-date on policy changes
- German (C1+) and English (C1)
- Basic knowledge of KPIs (FCR, SLA, CSAT)
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Up to 12 months of content moderation experience is a plus
- EU passport or Portuguese residence permit
- Base salary + language bonus + premium bonuses
