Job Title: German-Speaking Legal Operations Analyst
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Industry: Video-Content-Moderation & Legal Support for a leading Streaming Platform

Relocation & Signing Bonuses:
Relocation Bonus: 2,500 for candidates moving from another EU country to Portugal
1,500 for candidates moving within Portugal more than 100 km away
Signing Bonus available for selected projects

About the Role
Do you speak fluent German and are interested in law and digital content? Join our team as a Legal Operations Analyst and ensure compliance with legal requirements to guarantee a safe platform for millions of users.

Tasks
Processing legal inquiries related to fraud, copyright, data protection, and defamation
Ensuring compliance with guidelines and local laws
Maintaining documentation and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Ongoing updates on changes to guidelines

Requirements
German (C1+) and English (C1)
Basic knowledge of KPIs (FCR, SLA, CSAT)
Analytical thinking and high attention to detail
Up to 12 months of experience in content moderation advantageous
EU passport or Portuguese residence permit required
