What You'll Do Support German-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with empathy and professionalism Troubleshoot technical and service issues, providing effective solutions and guiding customers to resolve issues independently. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Go the extra mile to engage customers. What You'll Bring Native-level fluency in German (spoken and written) Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Customer-orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
