This role is perfect for individuals passionate about travel and technology, looking to deliver exceptional service to German-speaking clients in the travel industry.

• Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding travel technology solutions.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to booking platforms, software usage, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Guide clients through the booking process and ensure they have a seamless experience with the technology provided.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring effective resolutions and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex queries and improve customer experience.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and industry trends.
• Document all customer interactions accurately to contribute to service improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel technology or tech support sector.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Passion for travel and understanding of the travel technology landscape.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential evenings or weekends as needed.
