You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries related to innovative products and services, including but not limited to: smartphones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, headphones, speakers, cameras, and other electronic devices. Your tasks may include: answering customer calls and emails, resolving issues and complaints, providing product information and recommendations, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company for our customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and other German-speaking countries. You must be able to communicate effectively with customers in German, both verbally and in writing. In addition to your excellent communication skills, you should also possess: strong problem-solving abilities, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
