As a customer service representative, you will communicate with clients primarily in German, assisting them with their financial inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Manage customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Provide clear and accurate information about financial services, investment options, and regulations.
• Assist customers with account setup, modifications, and transaction inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while adhering to company policies.
• Accurately document all interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
