Your Role:
- Provide exceptional support to our German-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Work (remotely) in Greece while being part of our vibrant international team.
Requirements
Requirements:- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Aptitude for learning new technologies and software necessary for remote work.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece for an exciting cultural experience!
