What you'll be doing (and doing well)
  • Responding to inbound inquiries via phone and email from bookings to post-booking support and complaint resolution.
  • Offering customers empathetic, accurate, and helpful assistance that leaves them feeling heard and cared for.
  • Logging every interaction with precision, keeping data clean and up-to-date in our systems.
  • Following internal procedures and knowing when to escalate issues appropriately.
  • Helping maintain and elevate our service quality standards shaping a great customer experience every day.
You'll fit right in if you have...
  • German language skills at C1 level (written + spoken) - you'll talk to customers with confidence.
  • Good English communication (B2+).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred, but we're open to strong communicators).
  • Great communication chops, sharp problem-solving, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Comfort multitasking, strong organisational skills, and an appetite to learn new tools fast.
  • Flexibility - the role may include working full-time or part-time, including up to 2 weekends per month.
