German speaker customer service in Greece

Customer Service Representative | German-speaking (Homeoffice)
Location: Greece, Work from Home (WAH)
Start date: 01. August 2025
Required languages: German (fluent/native) + good English

Are you ready for a new adventure in Greece and working comfortably from home? We are looking for Customer Service Representatives (m/w/d) for a well-known international customer. If you are communicative and enjoy helping people, this is the perfect opportunity to start or advance your career in customer service with a Mediterranean flair!

• Monday to Sunday

• Working hours: 08:00 23:00 Uhr (rotating shifts)

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Paid training: 18 days

• Basic salary: 1,045.72 gross/month

• Performance bonus: Up to 10% monthly

• Accommodation bonuses (for new German-speaking employees in June, July & August):

  • 300 Bonus after 3 months

  • Additional 300 Bonus after 6 months

Support for relocation (within the EU):

• 2 weeks hotel accommodation after arrival

• Air ticket to Greece

• Pickup from the airport

• Real estate agent fees for apartment search will be covered

Homeoffice Regulation:

• If relocating: Homeoffice must take place in Athens

• If already residing in Greece: Homeoffice possible from anywhere in Greece

• Friendly and professional customer service via telephone, email or chat

• Analyzing and solving customer inquiries on empathetic and efficient basis

• Documented customer interactions in internal system

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and potential follow-up

• Collaboration with the team to continuously improve service quality

• German on a mutter-sprachlich or fluent level

• Good English skills

• EU citizenship or valid Greek residence permit

• Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills

• Readiness to work shifts, including weekends

• Working in Homeoffice in beautiful Greece
