German Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated German Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates for cruise ship positions. You will play a key role in supporting our clients by identifying top talent and matching them with the right opportunities.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German.

• Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and handle various recruitment projects efficiently.

• Computer literacy: Proficient in using recruitment software, online platforms, and other digital tools.

• Passion for recruitment and the maritime industry: Enthusiasm for connecting talent with exciting opportunities aboard cruise ships.

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates for cruise ship positions using various recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates qualifications and suitability.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing requirements and provide recruitment solutions.

• Organize and facilitate recruitment events, including job fairs and candidate interviews.

• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.

• Maintain accurate candidate and job information in the recruitment database.

• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance the hiring process.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear, timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
