German Language Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and certified German Language Teacher (C1/C2 proficiency) to train healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, and caregivers) in B2 level German. The trainer will enable learners to confidently communicate in real-life medical and hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-time German classes (classroom/online) with a focus on healthcare German.

• Develop customized lesson plans, role-plays, and practice materials for medical scenarios.

• Evaluate learner progress through assessments, feedback sessions, and mock tests.

• Coordinate with academic and placement teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Maintain discipline, motivation, and professional guidance for learners.

Requirements

• German language proficiency at C1/C2 level (Goethe / TELC / ÖSD certified).

• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience; experience with healthcare professionals strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of medical/healthcare vocabulary and real-world clinical communication.

• Excellent teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable using digital teaching tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Classroom, etc.).

• Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
