German Junior Campaign Specialist - Barcelona, Spain

Description In this role, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of new clients in order to help them develop their first online advertising campaigns with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual targets as well as be part of a larger onboarding team. Responsibilities Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to onboard and develop PPC Campaigns Detect and understand the customer’s needs and objectives to consult on and develop campaign strategies focused on driving results Manage and optimize campaigns to meet and exceed customer goals Identify and implement campaign optimizations, analyzing data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations Communicate and build relationships with key client contacts Deliver customer satisfaction by providing a high level of support and service requirements Use CRM tools for data capture and reporting purposes Conduct regular performance reviews with customers and provide regular updates Provide product and platform expertise to customers Requirements Native level fluency in German and Fluent in English Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Experience in customer-facing roles, sales or advertising is a plus Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Benefits Competitive salary and bonus scheme Health Insurance Meal Vouchers Company events International environment Career progression opportunities
