German Customer Service Representative

Our client, a prominent BPO based at Airport Industria, Cape Town is recruiting for German Customer Service Representatives to join their team. Do you speak German (B2 level or higher)? Are you passionate about fashion and delivering exceptional service? As a German Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible to ensure that every customer interaction is met with exceptional service and support. Your main goal is to provide a seamless and satisfying experience to customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously, and providing solutions to their problems. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and ensuring that all customer information is kept confidential. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is fluent in German and has a passion for fashion, we would like to hear from you. Please note that this is a full-time position, and you will be required to work a standard 40-hour workweek.
