For our Client located in Gdańsk - we are conducting a recruitment process for the position: Specialist in Customer Support with German and English Language Skills Tasks: Supporting dealers' network regarding spare parts, including questions related to an online store and issue management. Coordinating the return process of parts in connection with issuing credit notes. Contacting dealers in German (mainly via email) as well as teams in English. Requirements: Proficient knowledge of German and English languages, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, high level of responsibility, flexibility, and willingness to learn. Experience in customer service or sales is an asset.
