About the Role This hybrid role combines the skills and expertise of a General Physician and a Geriatrician, providing a comprehensive approach to patient care. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with opportunities to develop their skills and expertise. Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a General Medicine and Geriatrics setting • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and share knowledge and expertise • Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes • Provide education and training to junior medical staff and students • Participate in research and quality improvement projects • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures • Participate in peer review and peer feedback processes • Participate in professional development and continuing education activities • Work in a culturally diverse and multicultural environment, with opportunities to develop skills and expertise in a unique and challenging setting.
