Responsibilities: Plan, organize and supervise the activities of therapy nuclei in the North and Northeast region; ensuring that services are provided with quality and efficiency. Supervise and guide unit coordinators and professional teams, promoting a collaborative work environment. Monitor performance indicators of the nucleus, such as number of appointments, patient satisfaction and service quality. Identify and propose measures to improve processes and outcomes. Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals. Foster partnerships and collaborations with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Provide technical guidance and support to teams. Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making. Coordinate training and development programs for staff. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
