**POSITION SUMMARY**
Manage the implementation of ADP's eXpert payroll system and ensure the best experience for clients in terms of quality, service, and timeliness
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Execute project communication, ensuring team members have a perfect understanding of scope, stages, and deadlines, as well as human resources and materials to be allocated.
+ Plan the project implementation based on information about scope, schedule, human resources, risks, quality, and communications.
+ Integrate project activities, controlling the execution of team activities and ensuring the delivery of planned stages within the scheduled timeframe and ADP's quality standards.
+ Monitor project progress, productivity indicators, and compare executed versus planned stages, using project management tools (PMI).
**REQUIREMENTS**
+ Bachelor's degree completion
+ Experience in project management
+ Experience in the IT sector is a plus
+ Advanced English for conversation
+ Fluid and assertive communication
+ Time management
+ Organization
+ Risk and conflict management
+ Good relationships
The work model adopted by ADP is office-based/presential, with the possibility of working from home-office up to two times a week
