Job Description

Main Responsibilities

1. Strategic and Transformative Management

• Plan and execute projects aimed at improving processes, automation, cost reduction, and increasing efficiency in the supply chain.
• Serve as a focal point for the supplies area in integration projects between structures (e.g., M&A), including due diligence, contract harmonization, and policy alignment.
• Develop initiatives that promote collaboration between supplies, finance, operations, legal, and other areas, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Identify opportunities for synergy between business units and suppliers, seeking scale gains, standardization, and adoption of best practices.

2. Operational Support and Execution

• Monitor purchase orders and deliveries.
• Support buyers in using Ariba and SAP.
• Perform pre-qualification and registration of suppliers.
• Convert requests (PRs) into purchase orders (POs).
• Coordinate contracts, catalogs, and price lists on systems.
• Implement intercompany transactions when necessary.
• Execute spot or low-value purchases.
• Monitor supplier performance and qualification.
• Manage communication with suppliers.

3. Governance, Indicators, and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal norms, and regulations, especially in integration contexts.
• Use analytical tools to monitor KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and support strategic decisions.
• Present performance indicators and ensure adherence to established service levels.
